1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Superbet ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use Superbet.
2. Platform Description
Superbet is a decentralized casino engine built on the Solana blockchain. The Platform provides provably fair gaming experiences, a no-code game builder, and liquidity provision opportunities. All transactions occur on-chain and are verifiable.
3. Wallet Connection & Authentication
Access to the Platform requires a compatible Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack). You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. Superbet does not store or have access to your private keys.
4. Betting & Payouts
All bets are final once confirmed on the Solana blockchain. Payouts are processed automatically through smart contracts. The house edge and RTP (Return to Player) are displayed for each game and are verifiable on-chain. Superbet is not responsible for losses incurred through gambling.
5. Provably Fair Gaming
All games on Superbet use verifiable random number generation. Players can independently verify the fairness of each bet using the seeds and hashes provided. Detailed verification tools are available on the Platform.
6. Responsible Gaming
Superbet is committed to responsible gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, session timers, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please use these tools or contact a professional gambling helpline in your jurisdiction.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use bots or automated systems to exploit the Platform, attempt to manipulate game outcomes, use the Platform for money laundering or other illegal activities, create multiple accounts to circumvent self-exclusion or limits, or use the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, game designs, and platform technology are the property of Superbet or its licensors. Game creators retain rights to their game concepts while granting Superbet a license to operate the games on the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Superbet is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses resulting from blockchain network issues, wallet malfunctions, smart contract vulnerabilities (despite audits), or market volatility of supported tokens.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Major changes will be communicated through the Platform.
