Superbet is designed with privacy-first principles. We collect minimal data: your public wallet address (required for blockchain interaction), on-chain transaction data (publicly visible on Solana), game interaction data (bets placed, games played), and voluntary submissions (game integration forms, builder applications). We do not collect names, emails, or personal identifying information unless you voluntarily provide it through forms.

2. How We Use Information

Collected data is used to operate and improve the Platform, display leaderboards and game statistics, process referral rewards, detect and prevent fraudulent activity, and comply with regulatory requirements.

3. Blockchain Data

All betting transactions are recorded on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible. This is fundamental to our provably fair gaming model. We cannot delete or modify on-chain data.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal cookies for session management and platform preferences (sound settings, display preferences). Analytics data, if collected, is anonymized and used only for platform improvement.

5. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with Solana blockchain (RPC providers), wallet providers (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack), and on-chain randomness oracles (Switchboard). Each of these services has its own privacy policy.

6. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections, regular security audits, and smart contract audits. Your private keys are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

7. Your Rights

You may disconnect your wallet at any time to stop interacting with the Platform, request deletion of any voluntarily provided personal data, access your full transaction history through the Solana blockchain explorer, and opt out of optional communications.
